Calibrate

We meet your sponsor and HR lead. We translate your behavioural objectives into measurable on-water indicators and select the fleet / format combination that fits.

Execute

A vetted partner crew delivers the experience to our protocol. An embedded Sail-as-a-Service observer captures the data we need for the growth report.

Debrief

Within 72 hours, every participant receives a personal review tied to the goals defined in phase one. The team gets a consolidated Team Insight Portfolio.

Document

We issue the Documented Growth Report and Team Insight Portfolio, signed and recorded in our registry for your internal L&D archive.
