Most corporate sailing experiences sell scenery. We sell action-based learning. The deck is the most honest leadership lab we know — wind doesn't care about your title — and the growth report we issue at the end transfers directly back to the boardroom.
The fleet network
Our vetted fleet network spans certified offshore coaching crews, regatta-grade technical operators and coastal safety hubs — each selected for their safety record, their crews and their willingness to deliver to our protocol. Specific operators are matched per programme and disclosed only to confirmed clients.
